In fact, many people have had to resort to using a power cord to charge their Dell Tablet. If you are having trouble keeping your Dell Tablet charged, or if your battery is not holding its charge, then here are some tips on how to factory reset the device.
- Open the Device Manager and locate the Dell Tablet under “Hardware.”
- Right-click on the Dell Tablet and select “Update Driver.”
- When the driver installation process begins, click on “Next.”
- When it has completed, click on “Finish.”
- Once the driver installation process has finished, reboot your computer.
- Once your computer has rebooted, open Device Manager again and locate the Dell Tablet again under “Hardware.”
- Right-click on the Dell Tablet and select “Uninstall Driver.”
